The parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.

The User is informed, and accepts, that access to this website does not in any way imply the beginning of a commercial relationship with Pension Areeta.

You give your express consent for the inclusion of your data in the aforementioned file and for the sending of commercial information about Pension Areeta’s products. At the time of accepting these general conditions, Pension Areeta will require the User to provide certain essential data for the provision of its services.

Pension Areeta reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information. Pension Areeta is exempt from liability for any damage or loss that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Pension Areeta, provided that it comes from sources outside Pension Areeta.

In order to exercise these rights, and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998, of 19 January, of the Data Protection Agency, you must prove your identity to Pension Areeta by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or any other legally valid means. However, the modification or rectification of your registration data may be carried out on the website itself, after identifying yourself with your username and password.

SECURITY MEASURES

Pension Areeta has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data and will endeavour to install any additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided to Pension Areeta.

Pension Areeta shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system due to causes beyond the control of Pension Areeta; nor for delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, overloads in the Data Processing Centre, the Internet system or other electronic systems; nor for damages that may be caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of Pension Areeta.

Nevertheless, the User must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of such data by Pension Areeta in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
