This accommodation has been under new management since 2023. Reviews prior to that date do not correspond to the current team.
The room is exceptionally spacious, warm and welcoming, providing outstanding comfort. It offers excellent value for money, and its location in Getxo, just 20 minutes by metro from Bilbao, adds an extra appeal.
The excellent balance between quality, price and location is one of this place’s main strengths.

Two years ago, we embarked on this project with great enthusiasm and a very clear goal: to offer every person who visits us a carefully considered, friendly and high-quality experience.
Pension Areeta is constantly evolving. We are progressively renovating our facilities to adapt to what today’s guests are looking for, improving every detail without losing the essence of practical, well-located and welcoming accommodation.
We want you to find, beyond the name, a comfortable, functional space cared for with dedication. Because we believe a guest house can be much more: a place to rest, switch off and feel good.
We continue working day by day to improve, always with the commitment to offer the best service and personalised attention.

Yes, you can leave your car for a full day in Getxo’s blue zone by paying the corresponding rate.
